Adv. Sanjay Sarraf, a Gold Medalist in Criminology (LL.M.) and Bronze Medalist with Third Rank in Criminal Law and Forensic Science (M.A.), is a versatile advocate, criminologist, forensic scientist, and crime investigator. He holds multiple advanced degrees with academic distinction, including LL.M. in Criminal Law (With Distinction), LL.M. in International Law & Arbitration (With Distinction), and M.A. in Mediation and Conflict Resolution (With Distinction).
Often referred to as “India’s Sherlock Holmes of Forensic Law” he brings a unique blend of investigative precision, legal mastery, and scientific methodology to every case. His approach is research-driven, methodical, and rooted in truth — qualities that have helped him expose forged documents, decode criminal behaviour, and secure justice for the wrongfully accused.

He is an Empanelled Advocate with the Maharashtra State Legal Services Authority, Bombay High Court and DLSA, a Visiting Faculty and Moot Court Advisor at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University (CSMU) and Assistant professor at HBSU, IIAM accredited in International Mediation Advocacy & Dispute Management, and registered as an Articled Clerk under Solicitor Dr. Dinesh Bharduwaj (Bombay Incorporated Law Society, Mumbai & UK), AOR, Supreme Court of India.
Additionally, he has written notable articles such as Fingerprint Techniques in Crime Investigation, Criminal Behavior through Bio-social Criminology Theory and The Holistic Approach of Criminology.Additionally, he is in the process of establishing an organization similar to the Innocence Project and a university focused on law, justice, and forensic science.
